The maximum speed that ebike Fantom can reach is 35 km/h. According to the regulations, electric bicycles can move on public roads at a speed of up to 25 km/h. After exceeding this speed, the Fantom Smart System turns off automatically. So we can enjoy a safe ride!

Yes, an average electric bike weighs from 23 kg to 35 kg because we have to add weight of the motor, battery and drive system. Our ebike Fantom weights approximately 23 kg! Don’t worry you will not feel this weight while riding.

In our offer we have two batteries: 10.4 Ah and 14.0 Ah. They both weighs 3 kg.

The battery charging time is 4 – 6 hours.

You don’t have to remove the battery. It can be charged in two ways.

Method 1 – you can remove the battery from the ebike Fantom and connect it elsewhere (e.g. somewhere in the house).

Method 2 – you don’t have to remove the battery from the ebike Fantom. You can connect charger directly to the battery which is on the ebike Fantom.

The battery should be charge at least once a month if you are not using bicycle.

The lifetime of our batteries is 800-1000 cycles!

While using only the throttle function, the range of the ebike Fantom is about 40-45 km. While using the Pedal Assist System and Throttle function, the range of the ebike Fantom is about 85-90 km.

Of course you CAN! The entire electric system of the ebike Fantom is waterproof. It has been tested many times so we are sure that is 100% safe and nothing will happen to it.

SMART FANTOM SYSTEM is equipped with the PEDAL ASSIST SYSTEM (PAS) function. Based on a motion sensor located in the crank, the assist turns on when pedalling and can accelerate the bike to 25 km/h without effort. New generation controller provides smooth acceleration without any jerks. PEDAL ASSISTANT SYSTEM can be managed by using the LCD display, which allows you to select 5 driving modes.

Level 1 – 25% of motor power (62W)

Level 2 – 40% of motor power (100W)

Level 3 – 65% of motor power (165W)

Level 4 – 85% of motor power (212W)

Level 5 – 100% of motor power (250W)

SMART FANTOM SYSTEM is equipped with the THROTTLE function, which works on a similar principle as on motorcycles or scooters. When the throttle is on, the engine delivers power and drives the bike forward so you can enjoy a “free” ride (without pedaling)! The maximum speed is 25km/h (Limited by European Union law)

SMART FANTOM SYSTEM is equipped with the CRUISER function that allows you to set a constant speed when cycling. Thanks to this, the electric bike will move at a constant speed set by the user.

SMART FANTOM SYSTEM is equipped with the WALK function that allows you to turn on the engine at a relatively low, constant speed, so that the user can lead the bike next to him without having to push the whole weight of the bike (especially helpful when riding the bike uphill). Then the bike moves independently up to 6 km/h

SMART FANTOM SYSTEM is equipped with the SMART LIGHT SYSTEM that allows you to use :

YES, you can install additional equipment on ebike Fantom such as luggage race or child seat.

YES, you can! When the battery is exhausted, the ebike Fantom will be as normal bicycle (you will not be able to use the electrical system until you will charge the battery again).

We only use LITHIUM-ION Battery with inteligent BMS system.

Any single or multi-track vehicle whose power exceeds 250 W and the speed of 25 km/h is no longer a bicycle by law. Don’t worry, we only use 250W motor with speed limit to 25 km/h so you don’t have register your ebike Fantom!

It should be remembered that the most important element of an electric bike is the battery. Therefore, it should be properly taken care of. Please don’t forget that, it is not allowed to left batter in the place with temperatures below zero (e.g the garage). This will certainly reduce performance, and in extreme cases damage the battery. Therefore, for the winter, we remove the battery from the bicycle and take it to the apartment to store it at room temperature!

The electric bikes should be stored indoors. Please remember, leaving the ebike outside might damage it!

If you do not plan to ride an electric bike during the winter season, it is also important to recharge the battery at least once per month.

It all depends on the driving mode you choose while riding the ebike Fantom. When you will choose the throttle function, cruiser function and walk function you don’t have to use your muscle power. In the case of the Pedal Assist System (PAS sensor) you have to used muscle power to activate this function (you have to start peddling to use PAS sensor).

An electric bike requires a similar maintenance to a traditional bike. To avoid breakdowns and problems, you should regularly clean dirt, dust and mud. It is also important to charge the battery at least once per month, when you are not using the bicycle.

YES! The battery is adapted for mounting on the bicycle frame. It has a mounting plate that is permanently attached to the frame. Then the batteries can be easily and quickly removed using the key and taken with you to recharge or protect against theft.

All of our batteries have a BMS system(Battery Management System). The BMS system in batteries is used to keep the cells functioning as long as possible. The BMS system supervises each cell in the battery against excessive discharge and overcharging. The BMS system used in the batteries also has a balancer, which equalizes the voltage level between individual cells, allowing for even discharge and charging of the battery. They are also reliable, stable, and are characterised by high efficiency and a high level of safety.
